Biography

I work for the Inter-American Development Bank as part of the Knowledge and Learning Division. I am part of the team responsible for proposing improvements to the Bank's open data platform.

I have previously worked at the World Bank and the Ministry of Education - Peru in data science and research projects. My interests include machine learning, open data, impact evaluation and evidence-based decision making. For more information, you can read my vitae.
